Responsibilities

Residential and commercial property inspections and mold remediation
Provide great customer service while at a job site
Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols

Requirements

Essential vaccinations and respirator testing - provided by the company
Comfortable in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
Comfortable working on ladders
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Dependability is critical (must have vehicle to get to shop each morning)
Valid driver license with a good driving record
Some after-hours and weekend work
Background check required

Compensation

$23-26.50/hour based on experience
Profit sharing after 90 days

401(k) after 90 days | guaranteed match up to 3% of salary
