Remediation technician

We are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our growing company. We perform mold remediation in residential and multi-family structures.

Applicants with roofing or general construction experience are encouraged to apply. However, we are always looking for motivated individuals willing to learn our process from the ground up.

If selected, you will be invited to join us for a paid trial day on the job. You will work alongside one of our Project Managers for a 4–6 hour shift. By the end of the day, you will better understand what we do and whether the position is a good fit for you.

• Residential and multi-family property mold remediation
• Provide great customer service while at a job site
• Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available Monday through Friday
• Available to work 6–10 hour shifts
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be eligible to be added to the company fleet insurance plan
• Must be able to pass a respirator fit test
• Must be able to work comfortably on a residential two-story roof
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be comfortable working in low-light, confined spaces
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, as well as in harsh indoor environments such as attics and crawlspaces
• Must be willing to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) according to OSHA guidelines
• Ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers, subcontractors, and coworkers

• $25-30/hour based on experience and certifications
